1. General Information

When and where is the conference taking place?

XBIZ LA Conference 2025 will take place January 13-16 at the Kimpton Everly Hotel. Following the conference is X3 Expo, taking place January 17-18, and the XMAs show on January 19.

What are the registration costs?

Qualified Creators / Talent receive free registration. Affiliates / Webmasters, Content Producers and members of XBIZ.net receive discounted registration. Standard registration is $1,000.

What does my registration fee cover?

Your conference badge grants you access to all seminars, workshops, networking activities and special events, including one general admission ticket to X3 Expo & XMAs.

2. Conference Program and Sessions

When will a detailed schedule be released?

The full schedule will be released in December.

What topics will be covered during the conference?

The event program will cover a wide range of topics for creators, content producers, webmasters and more.

Will I be able to ask questions during the sessions?

Yes, you may ask questions toward the end of each session if time allows.

Can I attend all sessions, or do I need to choose specific ones in advance?

You may attend as many as you would like, though you will have to choose between concurrent sessions. We suggest reviewing the schedule prior to show arrival to prioritize the sessions you wish to attend.

Will the sessions be streamed online or available for viewing later?

No, we don't plan to make recordings available online.

What time zone will the conference times be listed in?

All sessions will be listed based on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

3. Networking and Interaction

How can I network with other attendees?

XBIZ LA offers multiple networking activities such as Speed Networking, Mix & Meet, and special cocktail events. Each activity offers a unique format for making new connections and fostering existing relationships.

Will there be opportunities to interact with the speakers or panelists?

Yes, in addition to asking questions during panels, you may approach panelists after a session is completed.

Is there a list of attendees or a way to contact them?

For privacy reasons we do not release an attendee list in advance. We suggest using XBIZ.net for general online networking.

How can I become a sponsor or brand my company at the event?

Contact our event sponsorship representatives to receive information about sponsorship opportunities.

Is there a dress code?

For the conference, we recommend professional or business-casual attire. For the XMAs, formal attire is required.
